Scheduler

A booking link for your meetings

Give people a link they can use to book time with you. Set your meeting types and the hours you are free; the page offers what is actually open, and the booking lands in your calendar and theirs as an invitation. Connect a calendar and it will not offer a time you are already busy. The booking page lives on anymrkt, and the Builder can put it on your brand page — your link, no second account.

What it does

Any calendar, nothing to authorise

Google, iCloud and Outlook each publish a private address for a calendar. Paste it and the booking page stops offering times you are already busy — no account linking, no permissions screen, no password.

The booking reaches both calendars

Every booking is sent as a calendar invitation that Google, Apple Calendar and Outlook all accept, for you and for them. Subscribe once to your brand's feed and future bookings appear on their own.

Two people cannot take the same slot

The time you pick is re-checked against the same rules that offered it, and the database refuses an overlapping booking outright — so a double-booking is not something that can happen in a busy minute.

Buffers, notice and daily limits

Keep fifteen minutes either side, require a day's notice, cap a Tuesday at three. The page only ever shows what all of those leave open, in your timezone through daylight saving.

Where this is going
  • Two-way Google CalendarBuilding

An OAuth connection that writes bookings straight into a chosen calendar and creates the Meet link. Built; waiting on Google's review of the calendar scopes.

  • Cancel and rescheduleNext

The confirmation link already identifies the booking; letting the attendee move it is the next step.

  • Repeating events from feedsNext

A subscribed calendar's recurring meetings are read once rather than expanded, so a weekly standup only blocks its first week.

  • Paid meetingsPlanned

Attach a meeting type to a anymrkt listing so payment happens on the storefront before the booking is confirmed.

Donations fund this list. Nothing on it is gated behind giving — what GRAIL does today stays free whether you give or not.

What it does not do yet
  • Booking is free today — the page takes a name, an email and a time, and confirms the meeting. Payment on the booking page itself is not built; paid meetings route through an anymrkt listing.
  • A subscribed calendar is a snapshot, so a booking made elsewhere in the last few minutes may not be reflected yet, and a repeating event is only seen on its first occurrence. A connected Google account has neither limit.
  • Zoom, LinkedIn and custom video links are the link you provide. Only Google Meet links are created for you, and only on a connected Google account.
  • One scheduler per brand. A brand with several people cannot yet route meeting types to different members' calendars.
