Account details (email, name, business information), listing metadata, search and browse activity, RFQ/contact submissions, outbound click events, and device/session data are used to operate the marketplace.

AnyMrkt does not collect or store buyer payment information. All payment transactions occur on seller-owned external platforms.

Data is used to operate the marketplace, surface relevant listings, support trust and safety enforcement, improve search and discovery, and resolve disputes and reports.

Seller Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription billing data is managed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's privacy practices.

When buyers follow external checkout, booking, or affiliate links from AnyMrkt, they leave the platform. Privacy practices on destination sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

AnyMrkt may track outbound clicks for attribution and affiliate revenue purposes.

Affiliate and referral inventory may include outbound tracking links for revenue attribution. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled and do not change listing compliance requirements.

AnyMrkt utilizes automated AI systems (including Custom GPT Actions) to curate high-quality listings based on user search trends and marketplace gaps. These systems process aggregated search data to identify in-demand products and source relevant affiliate links from platforms like Amazon.
