Marketplace terms of service

AnyMrkt operates as a hybrid marketplace. Sellers and suppliers list products, services, and capacity on the platform. Buyers discover and evaluate listings on AnyMrkt, then complete purchases or bookings through seller-owned external checkout and booking links.

AnyMrkt does not process buyer payments or act as a payment intermediary at this time. All checkout, booking, and payment transactions occur on seller-owned platforms and payment accounts.

Sellers and suppliers are responsible for checkout availability, payment processing, fulfillment, refunds, returns, cancellations, delivery issues, and payment disputes for all off-platform transactions.

AnyMrkt facilitates discovery, trust, and connection between buyers and sellers. AnyMrkt does not guarantee any listing, seller, product, or service. Users transact at their own risk.

Service and capacity listings use a request-for-quote (RFQ) or contact flow. Sellers respond to RFQs directly. AnyMrkt does not guarantee response times, pricing, or availability.

Some listings route to third-party platforms through affiliate or referral links. These transactions are governed by the destination platform's terms and are not processed by AnyMrkt.

Sponsored listings and affiliate content are clearly labeled. AnyMrkt may earn referral or affiliate revenue from outbound clicks.

Users must follow listing, safety, trust, and prohibited-items policies. AnyMrkt may remove listings, restrict accounts, or suspend sellers and buyers for policy violations, fraud, or trust concerns.

Moderation is reciprocal: buyers can report sellers, sellers can report buyers, and AnyMrkt can restrict either side when trust or safety risk is credible.
