The following items and content may not be listed, linked to, or promoted on anymrkt under any circumstances. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. BCE reserves the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, illegal, or contrary to the spirit of the platform.

Illegal Goods & Controlled Substances

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Drug paraphernalia designed or marketed for illegal use
  • Prescription medications without a valid prescription or licensed seller
  • Synthetic drugs, designer drugs, or novel psychoactive substances

Weapons & Dangerous Items

  • Illegal firearms, handguns, or automatic weapons
  • Suppressors, bump stocks, or other federally regulated weapon accessories
  • Explosives, fireworks, or incendiary devices
  • Stun guns, tasers, or pepper spray where prohibited by local law
  • Switchblades or gravity knives where prohibited

Stolen & Fraudulent Goods

  • Stolen property of any kind
  • Counterfeit currency or financial instruments
  • Goods obtained through fraud, theft, or deception
  • Fraudulent tickets, vouchers, or access credentials

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Counterfeit, fake, or replica branded goods (designer fakes, knockoffs)
  • Pirated software, games, movies, or music
  • Unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted artwork or content
  • Items that infringe trademarks or patents

Adult & Explicit Content

  • Pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind
  • Sexual services or solicitation
  • Adult novelty items marketed in a sexually explicit manner
  • Any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (zero tolerance — reported to authorities immediately)

Human Exploitation

  • Human trafficking, forced labor, or domestic servitude
  • Services that exploit vulnerable populations
  • Sale or rental of human organs or body parts
  • Content that facilitates exploitation of any individual

Hate & Harmful Content

  • Content that promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • White supremacist, neo-Nazi, or other extremist materials
  • Content that incites or glorifies violence against any group or individual
  • Harassment campaigns or targeted abuse against specific individuals

Financial Fraud & Scams

  • Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) recruitment
  • Investment schemes, unlicensed securities, or "get rich quick" programs
  • Fake charities or fraudulent fundraising
  • Work-from-home scams or fraudulent job listings
  • Cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes

Gambling

  • Online gambling services in jurisdictions where prohibited
  • Sports betting, lottery, or chance-based games without required licenses
  • Casino chips or gambling credits

Hazardous Materials

  • Toxic, radioactive, or biohazardous materials
  • Chemicals or substances that are illegal or restricted for consumer sale
  • Recalled or safety-banned consumer products

Personal Data & Privacy Violations

  • Personal data, email lists, or databases of individuals without consent
  • Login credentials, passwords, or account access
  • Social security numbers, financial data, or identity documents
  • Doxxing packages or surveillance tools targeting individuals without consent

Malicious Software & Hacking

  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or trojans
  • Hacking services, tools, or access to compromised systems
  • DDoS-for-hire services
  • Phishing kits or social engineering tools

Animals & Wildlife

  • Live animals sold outside of licensed and regulated contexts
  • Protected or endangered species or their parts
  • Ivory, rhino horn, or other CITES-regulated wildlife products

Alcohol & Tobacco

  • Sale of alcohol to anyone under 21 or without proper licensing
  • Sale of tobacco or vaping products to minors
  • Unlicensed alcohol production or distribution

How to report a violation

Use the flag button on any listing, or email trust@anymrkt.com. Include the listing URL and a brief description of the concern. We review all reports within 24 hours.
