Give people a link they can use to book time with you. Set your meeting types and the hours you are free; the page offers what is actually open, and the booking lands in your calendar and theirs as an invitation. Connect a calendar and it will not offer a time you are already busy. The booking page lives on anymrkt, and the Builder can put it on your brand page — your link, no second account.

Cities, counties and states publish permits, parcels, ownership, sales, zoning, subsidy districts, vacancy, flood risk and roadworks — each in a different shape, on a different server, under a different name for the same field. GRAIL reads them live and puts them on one map.

Pick a template, drag the sections into order, fill in the blanks, publish at anymrkt.com/your-brand. The page is assembled from anymrkt's own parts and powered by links: your live listings become a storefront, your Scheduler or Calendly link becomes a booking section, GRAIL draws your map from your address, a YouTube link becomes a video, and anything else you already use — Linktree, Hipcamp, Etsy, a menu PDF — becomes a featured link. It never rebuilds those and never handles money; it points to where you already do. Agents can edit it too, through the same MCP server that manages listings.

A board of cards you move through columns yourself. Create a board, add cards with a title and a note, drag them between columns as the work changes, leave comments, and break big goals into small cards that roll up progress. It is the tool you use when you need to see what is being done, what is waiting, and what is finished — for a kitchen order, a launch checklist, a customer issue, or anything else that moves.

Watch which AI agents are connected to your account and what each is working on, set how much of your plan they may use, manage API keys and connectors, and send signed webhooks to your own systems. Every operation is also an MCP tool, so an agent can check its own status and usage.
